Let’s make baba ganoush. This is a roasted eggplant dip that. Grab your bits and john. We’re going to slice it right in half. Olive oil. Salt. Poke little holes throughout. We’re putting these in the oven at 500° for about 20 to 30 minutes. Vintage John is nice and roasted. And honestly, if you cook it long enough and well, it will come right out. I honestly like when some of the skin gets on it. I just think it gives it a nice flavor. Okay, you can put this in the blender or the food processor. I like to mash it up because I like when there’s thicker chunks of the eggplant. Three to five cloves of fresh garlic. A4 a cup of tahini. Juice of three lemons. It smells incredible. Salt. Wow. This is completely mixed. Optional, but you can garnish with some paprika, some olive oil on top as well. Do a few colamada olives. Comes out perfect every time. Bye.

Those eyebrows distracted me, is that the new style? Food looks good tho
This Bonnie Blue
Never knew it has a name other than just eggplant salad lol
That's how we always refer to it at home
The eggplant is a nightshade. If you have arthritis it may not be wise to consume it. Also the skin classified as a lecithin which can tear up your intestinal lining
I trust you because of those slayed eyebrows, ❤😊
Im sorry, did you just say "grab your picnic, john"?
