Smoked rainbow trout by Fangst
A lovely gift from my friend Natalie ❤️
This tender, buttery rainbow trout is a can I always keep on hand. It brings light smokey notes, careful not to over power everything.
The juniper and lemon thyme are faint but it doesn’t stop it from being a gorgeous addition on a cracker with cream cheese.
Thank you Natalie for this thoughtful and sweet treat.
