  1. This is not peanut butter. This is not keto at all

The hell kind of peanut butter is that? I wouldn’t touch that with a ten foot pole. Or a ten meter pole.

  3. Where are you located? 20-24 carbs/Tablespoon is too much. If in the US, try JIF no added sugar PB spread. 2T= 7carbs-3 fiber = 4 Net Carbs and 2G sugar. There are other brands with similar stats. Read the label! Remember, if in the US subtract Fiber from Carbs for Net Carbs. In other countries, the label is correct as is (math is already done for you).

I reversed searched it and it seems to be some kind of a powder? maybe you should specify clearly what you’re referring to because that’s not peanut butter

It seems a little bit sweet. My peanut butter is 20 carbs per 100g but that’s not far off.

Look at the ingredients list β€” it’s full of crap. Peanut butter should be ground nuts and salt and maybe a little oil and/or emulsifiers. If you absolutely must, some zero carb sweetener of some sort. That’s it.

The less ingredients, the better. There are tons of natural PBs out there with way less ingredients

  8. 24g of carbs / 100g product is not keto at all. You can probably eat it in very small quantities, but idk what your plan is

I would pass due to the starch and rice flour listed.
