
Usually break my fast at 15:00 but I am getting my period and today I was starving so I ate at 13:00 and last meal at 18:30.
Meal 1: baked beans and egg on toast with cottage cheese and avo stuffed pepper
Meal 2: prawn poke bowl with vermicelli noodles
Meal 3: chia pudding using Skyr, fresh mango and vanilla protein powder, blueberries and cashews
