I’m curious what the masses think. Me personally. This doesn’t look like a lasagna I would like. Maybe would look better from a side view?
Sauce doesn’t look red, i don’t typically eat just a cheese lasagna. I mix ricotta and beef together…or use italian sausage.
The cheese on top looks good though. I applaud you for trying though. It’s not an easy dish…and as long as your dinner party enjoys it, that’s all that matters.
