    2. Just a reminder, I’m sure you already know this – make sure not to over restrict after a binge, and go right back to your regularly scheduled deficit. Undereating to “make up for” or “teach yourself a lesson for” an overeating is going to lead to more overeating/binging as a result of your undereating. Your body is dumb and can’t remember you’re only undereating to make up for a previous overeating, so it goes “OH THATS NOT ENOUGH FOOD YOU HAVE TO EAT MORE” and leads you to overeating again. Just go back to your regular 1200 and get back on track.
