Unpopular opinion, but imitation crab does go in seafood salad. But I always say that if I bought the groceries, whatever I put in there is what’s supposed to be in there. But let’s get into how I make my seafood salad. So, first I start off with about 16 oz of fully cooked rotini pasta, but you can use whatever pasta you want. Now, the key ingredient is going to be this perfect pinch salad supreme seasoning. If you cannot find it, try your best to find it because it’s so fat. I’m just seasoning the pasta with that and some garlic and herb seasoning. And I went in with some zesty Italian dressing from Craft along with three hefty tablespoons of Dukes mayonnaise because Dukes is my favorite. And lastly, we’re going to add in about a tablespoon of yellow mustard. You can adjust these condiments to your preference, but I just go based off of this. I added in some diced celery, bell peppers, and red onions. And I added in lump crab meat, imitation crab meat because I can, and some cooked shrimp. I mixed all this together by hand and adjust the seasonings to my preference. And let this sit overnight for best results. Y’all, this is so fat. Try this and thank you later.
