I said I wasn’t going to cook today, but y’all in this pasta salad all up and down my timeline making me hungry. I had to get up and make me one. I added red and green bell peppers, red onion, some celery. I also went in with some fresh dill, some Dukes mayo, some spicy brown mustard, and some relish. I seasoned with salt-free Greek seasoning and a little shrimp bouan. I then went in with some cooked shrimp and crab. But let me show youall how I layered these flavors. I boiled my pasta in a little shrimp bouan. Yep, I’m talking about shrimp flavor all throughout. And then I took my lemon extravirgin olive oil to sautรฉ my shrimp. Season the shrimp with seafood seasoning for about 1 to two minutes on each side before going in with jumbo lump crab meat. Yep. I also seasoned the crab meat with seafood seasoning. Once that was done, I added all of my ingredients to the bowl and began mixing. Now, you want to adjust where needed or omit where you see fit. I did have to go back in and add a little bit more mayo. I do not like mine too dry, but I don’t like it too wet either. This was the consistency that I came with, y’all. This was so good. It’s actually chilling in the refrigerator. Now, I think I want to fry me a piece of rainbow trout to go with this on the side, baby. Cuz you know what? Why not make it a full meal, right? If you’re looking for the seasonings that I use, the shrimp bouan, the lemon olive oil, or the seafood seasonings on my website. Enjoy.
