Then some onion rings and leek sauce - Vegan spam musubi- made from homemade vegan spam then fried in a sticky sauce
- Homemade sourdough baguette served with vegan fois gras I got in Paris with La vie vegan ham slices, apples picked off the tree in my yard, and with my sliced seitan ‘brain’
- Ramen with homemade rainbow tofu, in a mushroom broth, with roasted vegetables and roasted corn
- Potato and leek soup with a leek green sauce, fried oyster mushrooms on top
- Red kuri squash bisque topped with smoked paprika, garlic peri peri seasoning, and cilantro sprouts
- My seitan ‘brain’ and yes, I attempted to make it human flavored lol.
Which is with vegan bacon seasoning, vegan beef broth, mushroom. - Vegan cheese board with homemade cashew brie, hemp seed cheddar, and the spread from France
- Vegan donar kebab from Great British Kebab in Manchester England
