Started tracking my calories rigorously on September 1st. October was the first full month of entering my calories in a calendar spreadsheet I created. Trying to stay around 1600 on average. I’m down 14.6 pounds.

    That’s amazing! Do you mind sharing your age and gender? I’m 24F and ive been on and off with tracking my calories mainly because I change food preferences and it gets pretty discouraging to track my calories specially when I eat a homemade dish made by someone and idk what I’d put and at this point and time I’m starting to feel like I’m at the age where I’m reaching my plateau where I’m not gonna lose anymore just based on calorie tracking 🙁
