This game day snack will be your new favorite. We’re starting off with three cans of our premium cheddar cheese on our greased sheetpan. Next, we’re adding 1 and 1/2 lbs of cooked ground beef on top of our cheddar cheese. We’re going to season this up with our taco seasoning. I’m using the 25% less sodium. And we’re going to give this a nice sprinkle. Now I’m going to add a little bit of pico de gallo. And I’m just going to sprinkle that right on top of our entire sheet pan. I’m using mild, but you can use whatever kind of pico you like. We’re going to add a little bit of diced green chilies right on top of everything. Now I’m going to add more cheese. I have this Mexicanstyle blend that we’re going to sprinkle on top of our entire sheet pan. This is going to be so good. Perfect for football Sunday. We’re going to finish this off with a little bit of cilantro. Just add it here and there. If you don’t like cilantro, you can totally skip it. We’re going to put this in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes. Now, I’m going to grab an additional sheetpan and my party size nacho Doritos. We’re going to spread those out on our sheetpan and then grab our nacho sheetpan. And there you go. This is the magic. You get nachos without soggy chips this way. It’s so yummy, so delicious. These loaded nachos are not complete without some sour cream. I’m adding a few scoops of sour cream and then this is ready for game day. I hope you try this and enjoy.

  1. Of course if they sit long enough they will be soggy. Why not just pour into a bowl … or several smaller ones, and dip

  2. So you didn’t think of putting the seasoning on the meat when you cooked it huh?? 🤦‍♂️

  3. The pre-shredded cheese is coated in sawdust or cement powder to prevent it from sticking together. The healthier option is to shred it yourself!

  4. Are you serious? Why would you not seize the ground beef with the taco seasoning while you're browning the beef is possible to do and it would taste a heck of a lot better that way thoroughly mixed.
