Tried it at Menshyo, Bangkok and it was delicious. Very creamy and umami tasting. Their duck was very tender. I would eat it again.

Unpopular opinion is cant stand Matcha. Just has a super strong grass flavor i cant stand. Its even worse when paired with sakura

This is definitely for tourists. No self respecting Japanese person would eat this.

A lot of people may diss matcha Ramen because it doesnt sound like it would go together. But some of Japan’s poverty meal is just rice and green tea mixed together, with maybe some fish of affordable. (I think grilled mackarel) so I assume this tastes good somehow. Just h a order to imagine.

There’s a macha shortage, doncha know?

Your chefs were so preoccupied with whether they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should.
