Hey guys, today I partnered with Telmuk to show you how I make my delicious steak fajita grilled cheese sandwich. First, saute your veggies and after about 5 minutes, cook your shaved ribeye steak. Once that’s done, toss the veggies back in. Season with your favorite fajita blend and mix until everything’s coated and flavorful. Spread mayo on one side of the bread and butter your pan. I use team mayo or team butter. I’m definitely both. Then layer Telmok pepper jack on one side, medium cheddar on the other, and sprinkle on Telmuk Mexican for cheese blend. Here’s a tip I learned from Telmuk’s executive chef Josh. Always temper your cheese for that perfect melt every time. Once the cheese is perfectly gooey, pile on those fajitas, top with more Mexican for cheese blend and close it up. Cover it and let it steam for a minute or two.
