   protein 30g (4c each): 30 × 4 = 120.
   carbs 41g (4c each): 41 × 4 = 164.
   fat 20g (9c each): 20 × 9 =180.

   120 + 164 + 180 = 464 cals.

   now you know how to do it yourself.
