I did a thing. Experiment: success!
And, yes, 4 whole chickens can fit on the outer ring with a vortex in the middle. Cooked at 350-400 with a mesquite and apple chunk and done in only about 1 hr. Crispy skin, smokey flavor, and juicy meat, even the breasts.
