Around 5 hours at 175-185, smoke tube. Pulled when the Meater said 140 and the Traeger probe said 150. It was perfect. Super moist and tender.

This looks delicious, I’ll have to give it a go. Pork is the new beef

Pork loin and tritip are my two favorites for the Traeger.

I had some leftover smoked pork loin in the fridge. Grabbed a can of beans, added onion, pepper, tomato, S&P. Fantastic pork and beans.

  5. I was surprised how good pork loin was from the traeger. Added straight to our dinner rotation after the first time.

  6. The bot asked what I wanted to ask. How long and what temp?

Instant mashed potatoes is crazy if you’re going to spend 5 hours on the protein

How long did you let it rest before eating?
