    Looks great. Garnished on colder pasta for the pic though is odd.

    Recipe (all in one pan):

    *I go with intuition and feel when it comes to amounts sorry*

    – Add oil and butter to pan on low and melt down

    – Add onion (plenty of it), smoked paprika and cook slow and keep covered (this part takes the longest, up to an hour)

    – Once onion is caramelised, add chill oil and garlic and cook down

    – Begin cooking Farfalle pasta (salted water)

    – Add cream, parsley, salt and pepper, parmesan, Italian herbs and stir through

    – Add a couple of ladles of pasta water and cook down

    – Add pasta and stir through

    – Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a side of bread and / or salad
