All right, so today we’re making garlic mash, baked chicken thighs, and amiso gravy and white wine cabbage. I’m hungry again. 8.5 out of 10. It’s not the best looking dish, but it’s really delicious and really good. I don’t think this meal is actually that difficult. We’re just going to bake our potatoes and a bowl of garlic in the oven until they’re soft and cooked. The sauce I’m going to leave in the description. Just a bunch of really tasty flavors basically. Uh miso, red wine vinegar, etc. blah blah blah in the oven. Really tasty. Seavoy cabbage. Get that finely cut, chopped, and then into a pan with oil, salt, pepper, delaze with white wine, lid on, little bit of butter, and it’s done. Simple. Potatoes. I’m going to pass it through a sie. Um, yeah. And then chicken. We take the foil off, get a little bit more color on, and then we can add our milk, butter, and our garlic to the potatoes. Salt, pepper, until it’s done.     1 Bulb of garlic
    2Tbsp Miso paste
    1Tbsp Maple syrup
    1Tbsp Red wine vinegar
    1Tbsp Dark soy sauce
    1Tbsp Hot sauce
    250ml water
    1 Savoy Cabbage
    50ml White wine (enjoy the rest)
    50g Butter (for cabbage)
    150g Butter (for mash)
    200ml Milk
    1Tbsp Cornflour (to thicken gravy)
