So, these are the chicken thighs. For the chicken parm, we have to take all the skin off. We’re going to roast them in the oven because later I’m going to make them part of the breadcrumb. Next, for the breadrumbs, ripping off this bread. We’re going to put in the oven. Now, we’re going to make tomato sauce, olive oil, tomatoes in the pan, sauce, onion. I just let them cook for a while. So, now in our tomato sauce over here, maybe I’ll throw in some sprigs. Oregano. Maybe we work on the breadcrumbs for the chicken parm. We have parm and pecorino time. A little bit of rosemary, garlic, this bread that I toasted before. Chicken skins. We’re going to start blending them up. Add some of this in there. Chicken skins. Pour this out. Bread crumbs. Salt. All right. Breadcrumbs done. Now we’re going to finish the tomato sauce. I blend it up. Basil. Moscar pone. Sauce. The sauceing. Flour. Then in the egg. And you press it down. I’m going to fry some chicken. Your back. It’s too good.
