HOW TO COOK ONE POT RICE AND CHICKEN WINGS WITH YUMMY VEGGIES.
640G CHICKEN WINGS
MARINADE INGREDIENTS
4 TBSP YOGURT
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP CUMIN
1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
3/4 TSP OREGANO
3/4 TSP PAPRIKA
3/4 TSP CHILI FLAKES
1/2 TSP SUGAR
400G BASMATI RICE
50G PEAS
180G MUSHROOM
72G YELLOW BELL PEPPER
1 BIG CLOVE OF GARLIC
1 SMALL ONION
2 TBSP COOKING OIL
1 TBSP BUTTER
2 TBSP WATER
1/2 TSP CHILI FLAKES
1/2 TSP CUMIN
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1/2 TSP OREGANO
1/2 TSP SALT
1 1/2 TSP CHICKEN STOCK POWDER
1 TSP PAPRIKA
1 TSP TOMATO PASTE
980G HOT WATER
2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
-ADD THE YOGURT TO THE CHICKEN WINGS, 1/2 TSP SALT, 1/2 TSP CUMIN, GARLIC POWDER, BLACK PEPPER, 3/4 TSP OREGANO, 3/4 TSP CHILI FLAKES, 3/4 TSP PAPRIKA, SUGAR MIX WELL AND COVER WITH CLING WRAP AND LET IT MARINATE FOR 30 MINUTES .
-IN THE MEANTIME CHOP THE MUSHROOMS INTO SMALL CUBES, FOLLOWED BY BELL PEPPER, THE ONION AND THEN MINCE THE GARLIC AND KEEP THEM ASIDE.
-IN A NON STICK PAN PUT OIL, BUTTER. HEAT UNTIL HOT ON MEDIUM TO LOW HEAT, ADD THE WINGS FRY FOR 13 MINUTES UNTIL THEY ARE GOLDEN BROWN ON ALL SIDES, REMOVE THEM FROM THE PAN.
– DEGLAZE THE PAN WITH 2 TBSP OF WATER ALLOW THE WATER TO DRY UP FOR 3 MINUTES AND THEN ADD THE ONION FRY FOR 2 MINUTES THEREAFTER ADD THE MUSHROOMS FRY FOR 4 MINUTES STIR EVERY NOW AND THEN, AFTER THAT ADD THE BELL PEPPERS FRY FOR 4 MINUTES THEREAFTER ADD THE MINCED GARLIC STIR AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES AND THEN ADD CHILI FLAKES, 1/2 TSP CUMIN, 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER, 1/2 TSP OREGANO, 1/2 TSP SALT, 1 TSP PAPRIKA, CHICKEN STOCK POWDER, MARINADE FROM THE WINGS, LEMON JUICE STIR AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES, AND THEN ADD THE PEAS MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES, ADD THE RICE STIR AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES, AFTER THAT ADD THE TOMATO PASTE AND 980G OF WATER MIX WELL AND ADD THE CHICKEN, COVER WITH A LID COOK FOR 10 MINUTES ON MEDIUM.
-ONCE IT’S READY REMOVE FROM THE STOVE, SERVE AND ENJOY
hello everyone and welcome to my Channel today we are making this amazing one p rice with chicken wings the list of ingredients and a written recipe will be in the description box below this video if you enjoy this video don’t forget to comment like share and subscribe so that you don’t miss any of my new videos start by adding yogurt to the chicken wings half a teaspoon of salt half a teaspoon of cumin garlic [Music] powder black pepper 3/4 taspo of oregano 3/4 tasp chili flakes 3/4 taspo paprika half a teaspoon sugar mix well and cover with clean wrap and let it marinade for 30 minutes in the meantime chop the mushrooms into small [Music] cubes followed by bell peppers [Music] [Music] the onion and then Min the garlic and keep them aside in a non-stick pan put oil butter heat until hot on medium to low [Music] heat add the wings and fry for 13 minutes until they are golden brown on all sides once they are ready removed from the pan de glaze the pan with 2 tablespoons of water allow the water to dry up for 3 minutes and then add the onion fry for 2 minutes thereafter add the mushrooms 5 or 4 minutes stir every now and [Music] then after that add the bell peppers fry for 4 minutes and then add the minced garlic stir and cook for 2 minutes and then add the the chili flakes half a teaspoon of cumin half a teaspoon of black pepper half a teaspoon of oregano half a teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of paprika chicken stock powder and the marinade from the wings followed by the lemon juice stir and cook for 2 [Music] minutes and then add the peas mix well and cook for 2 minutes therea add the rice and cook for 2 minutes and then add the tomato paste and the 980 G of water mix well and add the chicken cover with a lead and cook for 10 minutes on medium once it’s ready remove from the stove and serve right away [Music] enjoy and thank you so much for watching I will see you in my next video bye
