The chips are store brand baked BBQ chips, all served with about a cup of ultra-filtered milk. Got to have a schoolhouse comfort meal, all at 500 calories and 52g of protein

Hey if it works and stops you from getting takeout then I call it a win. The other week I just bought various sandwich ingredients (cut up a few of them) and told my husband that it’s every man for himself.
52g protein for 500 cals sounds like a great deal
