Spaghetti meatballs has to be one of the most easiest but delicious dishes to make, especially this one. So, let me show you how to make it. For the meatballs, we’re going to take some ground beef, Italian sausage, one of the homies that didn’t make it, followed by some garlic. Next, we’re going to add in some milk, followed by some onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, red chili flakes, some salt, some oregano, parmesan cheese, followed by some parsley, and some basil to make this healthy. Add in some shallots, some breadrumbs. Then, we’re going to roll these into balls. Place this in your oven at 400° Frenheit for 20 minutes. And don’t forget, everything’s listed down below. For the sauce, get a hot pot with some butter and some olive oil. Add in a lot of shallots and some garlic. Let this saute on low heat for like 2 minutes. Add in your can of tomatoes with a little bit of water and optionally some red wine. Now, I like to add some basil. Season it with some oregano, some Italian seasoning, onion and garlic powder, pinch of salt, some black pepper, red chili flakes, and some sugar. Introduce your meatballs. I cut them in half. Bring the heat to low. Let this cook for like 8 minutes. And this is the perfect time to be making your pasta. Cook the pasta to al dente according to package. And if the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water in it. Now I top this with some parmesan and basil. And y’all that is it.

For the Meatballs (Yield – 12 meatballs) –
1/2 Lb Ground Hot Italian sausage
1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef (93%)
3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 Large Egg
2 tbsp Milk
1 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Coarse Crack Black Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes (Optional)
pinch of Coarse Salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
2 tbsp chopped basil
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
1 minced Shallot
[Tool for meatballs – #20 Scoop (3 tbsp/45ml/1.5oz)]
For the Sauce –
2 tbsp Salted Butter
Drizzle Olive oil
1 (28 oz) can of San Marzano (Peeled or crushed Tomatoes)
1/3 Cup Water
2 Whole shallots, minced
5 cloves of garlic, minced
3 Sprigs of Basil
1 1/2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Garlic powder
Coarse Salt to taste
Coarse Black pepper to taste
1 tsp Red chili flakes
1 Tbsp Sugar (Adjust to your liking)
1/3 Cup Pinot noir (optional)
To serve –
1 Lb Spaghetti Noodles/Angel Hair (Cooked Al dente)
Fresh Basil, for garnish
Grated Parmesan Cheese
