Enoteca Monza, a new Italian restaurant, has just officially opened its first Alberta location right here in Calgary.
Originating from Montreal, Enoteca Monza is bringing both traditional Italian dishes and modern plates to its latest location at CF Market Mall in Calgary’s northwest.
The spot offers a wide range of dishes, including antipasti such as hand-crafted arancini and burrata, as well as wood-fired pizza, pasta, steak and more.
The Calgary outpost will also offer some exclusive dishes, including pistachio-crusted cod, prosciutto-wrapped filet mignon, and a selection of beef, salmon, and beet carpaccio.
“Opening our first Monza in Calgary is a major milestone for us. It marks its official entry into Western Canada and reflects our long-term vision to grow the brand coast to coast,” says Peter Mammas, president and CEO of Foodtastic, which acquired Enoteca Monza in 2018.
“Monza is built on bold flavours, vibrant energy, and a love for Italian hospitality. We’re proud to bring that spirit to Calgary and look forward to becoming part of the city’s dynamic culinary scene.”
Enoteca Monza first opened in Montreal in 2010, and now has nine locations across the East Coast.
