[Music] Today I’m making Mediterranean quinoa salad. Onion, bell pepper, cucumber, cherry tomatoes. I prepared this quinoa ahead of time. two cups of quinoa to four cups of water. Cook it for 15 minutes. I’m going to add these ingredients to the quinoa. And I’m going to work on the herbs. I’m going to use parsley, dill, and chives, black olives, gabanzo beans, feta. Now I’m going to give it a gentle mix and then I’m going to start on the dressing. Those beautiful ingredients. Now I’m making the dressing. A half a cup of olive oil. Six tablespoons of red wine vinegar. 1 teaspoon of oreganol. Half a teaspoon of don mustard. Half a teaspoon of salt. Half a teaspoon of pepper. Garlic. I’m going to do about four cloves. Juice of one whole lemon. A touch of honey. Let’s give it a try. This is quite tasty.

1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar

1/4 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt

Oregano
Double the recipe for 2 Cups of Quinoa
