Guys, let’s make fried bologna sandwiches and deep fried pickle dip. It’s going to be a cool lunch. We’ll start by making the dip. I’m going to get a bowl and we put some softened cream cheese. I have some Greek yogurt. We’re going to add some sour cream. I’ll put a couple scoops of that. Now, we’re going to give that a nice stir and make a nice smooth mixture. Throw in our dill pickles. I got some girkens. Little bit of that dill pickle juice. We’ll season up with some salt, black pepper. Got some garlic powder and some onion powder. We can throw in some fresh chives and some fresh dill. Just stir that around really good. We’re going to put that in the fridge and let all those flavors marry for a little while. Now we make the crunchy topping. Throw some butter in a pan. Go ahead and melt it. We get some panko breadrumb. And I got these fried onions. We throw those in there, too. Give that a little tossy toss. Let those get golden brown. Throw in the last of our chives and dill. One more toss. Those are ready. We’re going to start making this sandwich. And it all starts with a sauce that I’m going to make to go on. It’s a mustard sauce. Basically, yellow mustard. I’ve got a spicy brown mustard. And I’m also going to do a Dijon, guys. I like the triple blend. And then to finish this, I put just a little scoop of mayonnaise in there. That’s going to actually make this nice creamy mustardy mix to go on our sandwiches. Pour that in the dish and set it aside. All right, let’s get the baloney. Open that thing up, guys. We’re going to take that little wrap off. So, give a slice. Pull those off. We’re going to give a couple more little slices. This is going to keep these things flat while they cook. Throw them down on your griddle. Let them get some good color on them. Just like that. Flip them over. Now, we build a sandwich. Classic basic soft white bread. Little bit of that mustard mix. We throw on that baloney. Get a few pieces. I’m gonna put a little bit of lettuce on here. That’s going to be just nice and fresh. It’s going to be perfect. Throw on the lid and give it a smash. Guys, get a little cup. Pickle dip goes in there. We put that crunchy topping on top. That’s ready. Throw it down on the plate. Get yourself some ruffled potato chips and fried bologna with deep fried pickle dip. What a treat. Thanks for watching. And cheers everyone.
