Eggs salad sangweeesh with some burnt bacon crumble
As title says haha I was craving it and well heres my sangweesh for you to hopefully enjoy haha. Also made a cheese crisp top on the bread. Sorry about the messy plate after cutting it in half

honestly, adding bacon to egg salad should be par for the course, if you’re into that sort of thing. It’s something that I have managed to overlook for much of my life

Upvote for the pronunciation as sangweesh. When I was a kid my buddies very Italian grandmother would call us in to eat and pronounced it just like this. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. Enjoy your sangweesh!

Egg salad (or egg mayo as we’d call it in Britain) with crispy bacon is one of my go-to sandwiches. I add green onions, or spring onions as we call them….
