Learn to cook delicious Guinness stew. These are the ingredients we’re going to use today. Season 1 and 1/2 lbs of beef with salt and pepper. Add one cup of chopped bacon to a pan. Fry until golden. Add your seasoned beef. Brown the beef on all sides. Chop two carrots. Chop one parsnip. You can also add whole baby potatoes. Chop one cup of rudabagga. [Music] Chop one stock of celery. Chop one cup of leaks and one onion. When the beef has browned, add your veggies. Add 1 tbsp garlic. Add 2 tablespoons tomato paste. Add a sprig of fresh rosemary. [Music] Now add one bottle of dark Guinness. This will add a lot of flavor and sweetness. [Music] [Music] Also add two cups of beef broth. I am using a pressure cooker, so this will take 30 to 40 minutes. While the stew is cooking, I made Irish mashed potatoes. I will add the link below. When the stew is done, release the steam. This stew is a favorite of mine. I’m sure it’ll be yours, too. [Music] Garnish with a bit of parsley. I hope you enjoy.
