LDV Hospitality unveils Lele’s Roman, an all-day restaurant nestled within Brooklyn’s Ace Hotel. Drawing inspiration from Trastevere’s vibrant spirit, this establishment offers a soulful interpretation of Roman cuisine. Chef Francesco Battisti, formerly of Waldorf Astoria Doha, leads the culinary team, presenting dishes that honor tradition while infusing contemporary flair.

Designed by Studio Tre’s Whitley Esteban and Ernesto Gloria, the space exudes cinematic elegance: the interior juxtaposes raw concrete, supple leather and earthen wood, complemented by deep greens, ochres and sanguine tones. At the heart of the restaurant lies an expanded cocktail bar crafted from dark green Breccia d’Egitto stone. Handmade Italian ceramics, vintage film stills and curated art further enrich the ambiance, blending Roman heritage with Brooklyn’s energy.

The menu offers a joyful celebration of Rome’s culinary heritage, featuring buttery maritozzi at breakfast and timeless dishes like Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe, Puntarelle and Carciofi alla Romana. Shareable pinsa anchors the menu’s convivial spirit, while the beverage program, curated by Alessio de Sensi, wine director for LDV Hospitality, highlights a robust selection of amari and regional Italian wines, with special attention to producers from the Lazio region.

Lele’s Roman marks LDV Hospitality’s debut in Brooklyn, serving as the primary all-day dining concept at Ace Hotel Brooklyn. Located at 252 Schermerhorn Street, the restaurant is open for dinner Sunday through Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Breakfast, brunch, and lunch will debut shortly after and be served daily from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
