The Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt in North Naples is bringing in restaurants, stores, and wellness studios. This expansion at the shopping center continues to grow. The center sits on the northwest corner where Airport-Pulling meets Vanderbilt Beach roads, and it has leased spaces to new tenants in recent months.

Ambrosi & Sons will open an Italian market in early 2026. It takes over the former spaces of The Cave Bistro & Wine Bar and Naples Wine Collection, which closed earlier this year. The specialty market will offer wine tastings and a selection of wines by the glass.

The Good Pour will take over the entire 1000 Building behind the CVS pharmacy. This Florida-based wine shop chain will occupy more than 7,000 square feet of space.

“They’re new to this market, Southwest Florida, so they’re a growing brand,” PJ Hill said, leasing manager for the Shoppes at Vanderbilt, according to Gulf Shore Business. “Their concept is really attractive, so we’re excited for them and hopeful that they’re going to take off here in this market.”

The Supper Club aims to open this month. It moves into the former space of Tableside and Alpine restaurants. The dining concept started on Davis Boulevard as a sister restaurant to Old Vines at Mercato in North Naples.

The new 2,200-square-foot location will show off crushed red velvet walls and drapes, high ceilings, chandeliers and bronze accents with lounge seating and a black stone bar. The restaurant will expand its beverage program with a full liquor license, bringing in craft cocktails with international wine and beer selections.

Aufieri & Martinez Argentinian Steakhouse also aims to open this month in Suite 200. Walter Rolando Aufieri and Daniel Martínez will focus on grilled meats at their first dining concept in the area.

SweatHouz will open two locations soon in North Naples at the Shoppes at Vanderbilt and the new Tree Farm Plaza. This wellness studio features infrared saunas, cold plunge, vitamin C showers, and private luxury suites.

Playa Bowls will move into the unit left by Nautical Bowls at the end of 2024. The Jersey Shore chain has more than 300 shops that specialize in acai, pitaya, and coconut bowls, as well as smoothies. Angelic Desserts Bakery & Cafe will combine its original location with its new, larger space. The local business will expand its kitchen and possibly seating.

Several businesses have opened at the center already. Crazy King Burrito opened in Suite 100 next to True Fashionistas on the southwestern edge of the location, and Mojo Thai & Sushi reopened Oct. 16, 2025, with a new name: Mojo Thai & E-San. The restaurant closed in early October for renovations and now focuses on cuisine from the northeastern region of Thailand.

Sway by Shape of Wicker celebrated its grand opening in October in Unit 130. The retailer focuses on indoor and outdoor wicker furniture made in Vietnam.
