


I entered this info MFP but I cannot believe it’s correct. Possibly made some weighing error because I poured the whole pot into a metal bowl on my food scale. (Worried the bowl was factored in which is 316 grams) But anyway, made sausage peppers and onions with raos Marianara and using greenwise Italian chicken sausage! Used Carbe diem pasta (2 oz). Topped with 10 grams of parm. How does all this come out to 300 cals???? I’m probably just going to log it as 400 to be safe but wow!

This looks very similar to a dish called letscho which is very low calorie if sausage used is chicken or turkey. I’d say it’s possible the amount of sauce you’ve added onto the pasta is like 150kcal, then factor in the pasta itself and parm is like 30-40kcal. So depending on the amount of pasta it could be 300kcal but looking at the portion probably closer to 400 like you said
