    This was a fun project and my first time roasting a big cut like this. The pork was delicious, and now I just have the fun task of figuring out what to do with the leftovers, but I’ve been enjoying some Cuban sandwiches this week. I used a [nine pound butt](https://imgur.com/a/D0vxpwH) and found this little [shredder tool](https://imgur.com/a/FpH4SNv) to be useful when handling and bagging leftovers for later.
