Sous Chef Josie Beahler works primarily in the residential hall and feeds thousand of students everyday.
She is trained as a pastry chef, so next semester Beahler is excited to introduce an expanded dessert menu with gluten free and vegan options.
The public is welcome to eat at the Dining Center. It’s an all-you-can-eat buffet that serves classic comfort foot and more adventurous, even global cuisine.
