Meraki’s Pastel, a home bakery near HSR Layout, makes fresh maritozzo buns, along with several other unique bakes. I thoroughly enjoyed my first-ever maritozzo from them, with a beautiful pistachio praline stuffing. I also tried out their carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, perfectly made and lovely.
