There’s a video going viral of a girl who made churros for her dad for her Spanish class, but she didn’t really know how to make them. And she ended up making explosive churros that her dad then took a bite of. I feel so bad for this man. Warning. This poor man who was just trying to be a good sport for his daughter’s Spanish class ended up getting his mouth absolutely steamed from these churros because the girl made them wrong. Now, they even did an update video on what exactly happened. And the dad talks about how bad his lips hurt and how he may not taste anything for the next year. This is what his lips look like before he ate the churro. And this is what they look like right now. Very red. Now, we still don’t know exactly how she was able to make explosive churros, but this comment going around seems to know why. It says churros are piped in a star shape to prevent them from exploding. Without it, pressure from steam builds up inside the churro which cause the explosion. The star shape gives more surface area from the steam to escape from. I’m glad this dad was being a good sport to help his daughter out.
