These crunchy baked granola bars with a chocolate dip or drizzle are the perfect snack when you want something wholesome, satisfying, and delicious for on the- go. They’re made with toasted oats and almonds, flax, coconut salt, and a mixture of warmed coconut oil, nut butter, and maple syrup. Combine everything in a bowl, stirring in some chopped dates or another sticky dried fruit for pops of sweetness. Mix until everything is well coated. Then, transfer to a parchment line pan. Spread into an even layer and press down really firmly, which will hold your bars together. For the chocolate dip or drizzle, melt dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate with coconut oil. Then once the bars are golden, let them cool for a bit before cutting and optionally topping with chocolate, flaky salt, and hemp seeds. If you love a crispy, crunchy granola bar, you’ve got to try these. Enjoy, friends.
