
So I like to eat a lot of protein and also like to make high protein snacks/puddings for my family too. I keep seeing soo many recipes for high protein desserts that have cottage cheese. Could I use tofu in stead? If so, which kind of tofu? I haven’t had cottage cheese in years so I’m not sure if using silken would be good or something else 🤔

Is there a specific type of dessert you’re trying to make? I make creamy pies, cheesecakes, brownies and pudding with silken tofu!

Ricotta and cottage are similar enough that I think you’d get away with making tofu ricotta for cottage cheese.
If it’s just the macros you’re after and not a specific texture/flavor you could also try defatted peanut or almond powders
