This super cheesy chicken parmesan was absolutely amazing. So, we’re starting out with some thinly sliced chicken breast. We’re going to pound those down and make them even thinner. So, we’re going to start off with some olive oil, some black pepper, a little cavender seasoning, some smoked paprika, some onion powder, and garlic powder. We’re going to flip them over, and we’re only going to add some onion powder, garlic powder, and some smoked paprika. We’re going to add those same seasonings to our flour. We’re going to crack open three eggs and add maybe about 2 to 3 tablespoon of milk. Just going to mix that up. And we’re going to use the Kinder Parmesan Plankco blend. We’re going to start off in our flour. We’re going to dip it in our egg mixture. Get that nice and coated. And then into my Planko blend, I’m just going to press down and just sort of sprinkle those crumbs on the top. Now, once you do that, you want to set these in a baking sheet. You want to line it, but mine were resting on some cake pans. So, we’re going to pan sear these just to get some nice color on them. And that’s it. We did that for about 2 3 minutes on each side. I added a pad of butter. Put them in the oven on 375 until they were perfectly cooked. So, I’m going to shred some parmesan as well as some mozzarella. We have some butter and I added some fresh garlic with a little tomato paste. I roasted that garlic. It smells so amazing. We’re going to use about a cup of your favorite pasta sauce. I’m seasoning it with some garlic pepper as well as some Italian seasoning and a little salt. So, we’re going to add down our parmesan and mozzarella cheese. We bake this in the oven until it melted nice and smooth. Just like that. When I tell you absolutely amazing. Pair this with some butter
