I recently switched to chicken thighs instead of breast, thinking that it would be a similar amount of protein but just with a little added fat. But now I'm seeing that one boneless chicken thigh is only 19 grams of protein, whereas the boneless, skinless chicken breast I used to buy had 35 grams of protein – almost double the amount. Is this nutritional info correct?
