I know 100% fact that you guys are going to make this recipe, so save it. I’m going to make Do you ever go to a diner and get chicken suaki? Well, I’m going to turn that into a freaking pizza that’s going your mind’s going to go like this. I’m going to flat out your pizza dough. Okay. So, put uh extra virgin olive oil on a baking sheet. Okay, we put it on. We’re going to poke holes in the dough because we don’t want it to like make the bubbles. We’re going to put some olive oil on the crust. Now we have some crushed garlic. We’re turning this pizza crust into like a garlic bread. Okay. Now I’m going to sprinkle a little bit of dill. Now I’m going to put some lemon pepper and a little bit of lemon salt. I’m going to put this in a 425° oven until it’s crispy and ready to eat. Okay. So once the pizza crust is nice and and cooked, I have here taziki. So, we’re going to go with the back of the spoon. I love I love this stuff. And you’re going to put it right on top of the press. Okay. So, you put the taziki on. Over here, I have ground chicken. And I want to tell you what I put inside. I put ground chicken. I put lemon pepper, lemon salt, uh oregano. Okay, oregano is very Greek. Oregano, and uh and some that’s it, I think. And extra virgin olive oil. And I It’s so juicy and delicious. We’re going to get this ground chicken and we’re going to put it on top. My daughter just reminded me, “Ma, you put dill weed in there.” I was like, “All right, I’ll tell them.” I also put dill weed. And uh guys, if you don’t I like the ground chicken cuz of the texture and it’s easier to eat as a pizza, but you could also, you know, grill some chicken up and season that. We’re going to put a little bit of red onion cuz I love some red onion. A little bit of calamar olives. And we’re going to put some feta cheese on top. A little bit of oregano. I also made a little bit of a dressing with olive oil, red wine vinegar, and a little more oregano because I just want to sprinkle a little bit of this right on top. Okay, guys. Now, we’re going to go in and we’re going to cut it. Okay, guys. Look at how delicious this looks. Look at that. I’m going to take a bite. M. Let me tell you something. Besides Italian food, my second favorite food in this world is Greek. This tastes freaking amazing. Look at that. Look how delicious. Mine chicken sulaki pizza. That’s how I do it.

One more thing I wanted to pass on to you since you use such great ingredients. Trader Joe’s sell a grilled o,I’ve that will rock your world!!! Might be ok on this but if not you’ll find a ton of ways to use it. I even save the oil in the jar to sauté veggies . Sorry I just get so excited about food. lol my husband makes fun of me. But my son is turning out to be a better cook than I am. Love your channel
