Pepper Palace's Ghostly Garlic Hot Sauce is on my reorder list now. Great flavor and decent heat. It's definitely on the sweeter side. Contains things like red habenero mash, brown sugar and lemon juice.

This is my wifes absolute favorite. I know pepper palace seems to get a lot of flak but this seems to be the one most people agree on is their best.

It’s expensive but IMO the best garlicy hot sauce of those I’ve tried (Torchbearer Garlic Reaper, Dawson’s Cedar-Smoked garlic, various “lousiana” garlic hot sauces like Crystal, Texas Pete, etc)
