Just kinda “winged” it and decided to make a few wings. Rubbed with Goya (hence the bright orange), cooked between 350-400 for 1hr indirect, and direct 1-2mins of flipping. Flavorful and juicy. Can’t wait to try different types of wings now!

    Can’t go wrong with that Sazon, but I usually add something else like kinder habanero pineapple seasoning with it

    They look great. I did some last week with some Flavor Brigade Next Level Chicken rub and a splash of some
    Cajun seasoning salt. Pro tip, I also added corn starch and let them dry up overnight uncovered in the fridge. It was like they were fried they were so crispy.
