We had a birria taco party Sunday. This is the 3rd day of leftovers. A giant birria (beef), frijoles,and rice burrito smothered in enchilada sauce and covered in cheese.
Epazote (off the cob for storage) on the side, along with the last of the guacamole and salsa roja. Tex Mex at its finest.
