THAT WAS AFTER HE SPENT TIME WORKING AT TWO AND THREE STAR RESTAURANTS. AND HE SAYS ONCE HE WANTED TO SETTLE BACK DOWN HERE IN GREENVILLE, HE MOVED BACK AND BROUGHT FRENCH CUISINE WITH HIM. SO NOW THAT HE’S WON THAT MICHELIN STAR, WHAT’S NEXT? ARE JUST DOUBLING DOWN AND CONTINUING TO DO EXACTLY WHAT WE DO. Scoundrel, located in Greenville, won a coveted Michelin star in the inaugural 2025 Michelin Guide to the American South.It was the only restaurant in the Upstate and one of the only restaurants to win in South Carolina.Owner of the French Bistro, chef Joe Cash, said he started the restaurant three years ago once he and his wife wanted to settle down. Scoundrel, located in Greenville, won a coveted Michelin star in the inaugural 2025 Michelin Guide to the American South.
