italian parmesan crispy baked potatoes 🧄🧀

recipe:
24 oz small potatoes1 tbsp baking soda1 tbsp chicken bouillon
2 tbsp avocado oil1/2 tsp smoked paprika1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp italian seasoning1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp salt1.5 cups grated parmesan

boil whole potatoes with baking soda + bouillon until fork-tender.drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.mix oil with all the seasonings, then toss with potatoes and 1 cup of the parmesan.spread on a parchment-lined tray and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup parmesan over the top.bake at 375°F for 30–40 mins until crispy and golden.
