Roasted balsamic Brussels sprouts are incredible. They have this crispy sweet edges. I coat them with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and a little bit of salt. Bake them until they’re extra crispy. Top them off with parmesan, pomegranate, and dig in. They’re yum.

Honestly I think balsamic roasted Brussels sprouts are such an elite way to have them, shave a little parmesan down as well or over top and it's delicious. Yours look wonderful 😊
