Something like 250-ish peppers before a possible freeze this weekend. Serranos, habaneros, and a few scorpions.

    But last harvest… That’s about a third of what I had all season. lol
    I like a smoked red jalapeno hot sauce, but i always add some thai peppers for more spicyness.
    Maybe i´ll try to make it with red serranos as they have more heat instead of jala´s next year.
    What do you think?
