I always make a savory version of this at Christmas. I do basil pesto between layers 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 of the dough. Between layers 2 and 3 of the dough, I do one layer of prosciutto, one layer of ricotta, and another layer of prosciutto. Absolutely incredible.
