Nothing wrong with this, I’ve done pizza in a pie container and the result is good. It gets crispier which is nice. My only gripe with the video is that it doesn’t show the final result

After touching raw meat – yes, you should absolutely wash your hands before touching anything else. After dough, cheese, and pre-cooked stuff is pretty wild since he’s clearly at his own home. I’m guessing he didn’t prep anything on the counter before he started. That’s just wasting time, water, and way too many paper towels, which would be the real crime here.
