Pistachio Macaron
Not exactly the exact flavor of a pistachio macaron. Definitely has that almond-y taste but leans more real pistachio flavor with tiny bits of pistachio through out. Powerful salty, nutty flavor. Would buy another pint.

Cranberry Panettone w Chocolate Sprinkles
Base is a mild, sweet flavor. Not overpowering. Sprinkles give good texture but little taste. The cranberry jam is the star and makes this ice cream slightly unique and special. I still prefer Jeni’s Cranberry Crumble which I believe was last released in 2023. It had more cranberry/tart flavor and felt more festive. Without the cranberry in this one, would be very “meh”. Would still buy another pint of this because I love cranberry.

Boozy Eggnog
Like a lighter, milder version of eggnog with hints of liquor and spices. Very “milky” on its own but I think next time I’ll pair all 3 together and it might be better mixed with something else. If you’re expecting coquito flavor, this is not that in my opinion. Would not buy another pint.

Cold Brew w Coconut Cream (non dairy)
I’d heard good things about this one so decided to try. It’s very much a sorbet but also creamy?! Not sure how they do that but this was good. Coffee flavor is strong on its own, slightly bitter but mixed with the white coconut cream, tastes like a really good frozen coffee. Sort of just want to melt this and drink it but I won’t do that. Probably would not buy another pint and would get a coffee instead to get my fix!
