Taking a short break in the UK at a three-star hotel and this is what they served last night as "sweet and sour pork with rice".
One lump of chewy pork, the others lumps of fat, also extremely watery sauce, on a bed of tasteless rice.
Oh and I almost forgot the two extremely bland spring rolls, crisp on top and a soggy mass where they sat in the sauce.
Yes I did send it back!
